Kick back, have a drink prepared by a local celebrity and support Lewiston Council on the Arts at its first ever Celebrity Bartender event at the Brickyard Pub, 432 Center St., Lewiston, from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28.

A $7 donation gets you in the door and includes a buffet.

Famous friends of the Art Council will join Nicholas Picholas from the Kiss 98.5 morning show to become your master mixologists. Let Lewiston Mayor Terry Collesano and Town Supervisor Steve Reiter pour you a drink. "Rodney Dangerfield" and local musicians Sean Thurman and Steve LaBarber will provide entertainment. Wear a Halloween costume and you just might win a prize.

Split club, Marble Orchard Ghost Walk gift certificates, Black Pearl tickets, art and more will be raffled with the winners drawn at 8:45 p.m. You must be present to win. All proceeds benefit the LCA's schedule of free events in Lewiston.
