*What you are about to read is a cinematic review. Each movie is critiqued based on its rating-pending (PG or R), Genre (Comedy or Thriller), the acting, the score, the plot, and the overall quality of the movie. Hence, just because there are explosions, blood, or you think George Clooney/Megan Fox is "hot" does not mean it's a good film. Or does it. ... You be the judge. *

STORYBOARD

Dom Cobb (DiCaprio) is a skilled thief - the absolute best in the art of "Extraction," or stealing valuable secrets from deep within the subconscious during the "dream state," when the mind is at its most vulnerable. Cobb's rare ability has made him a coveted player in this treacherous new world of corporate espionage, but it has also made him an international fugitive and cost him everything he has ever loved. Now Cobb is being offered a chance at redemption. With a highly skilled and trained team he will try and accomplish the impossible: Inception. Their task is not to steal an idea but to plant one. If they succeed, it could be the perfect crime. But no amount of careful planning or expertise can prepare the team for the dangerous enemy that seems to predict their every move.

THE DISPOSITION

Have you ever wondered, "I wish they (Hollywood) would create a movie that was not only mind-blowingly creative, but was also more realistic than "The Matrix"? Well, I haven't. But if I did, "Inception" would be my answer.

This is, for sure, going to be the movie of the summer. This puzzle/action-adventure joyride has literally everything for the audience to always stay on their toes. You will be confused throughout a good portion of the movie. But trust me, you want to be.

There is finally a film that is so confusing that it answers itself right when it's supposed to. It also keeps you guessing when you're on the edge of your seat. Leo is definitely the main character, but the other characters have such a major part, it's hard to choose whom you connect with the most. Either way, this is a must see this summer - 3D or not.

Just one piece of advice for the end: Don't get mad, just enjoy it!

"I LOVED IT!!"

If you're a fan of action, suspense, puzzles and concepts you've never seen in a movie before, this will be one of your favorites. Just don't take it too literally.

4.5 out of 5 stars
