Sean Ryan announced he is seeking nominations for small businesses throughout the 61st Senate District that deserve special recognition for their contributions to the Western New York community. Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced 26-year-old Yassin A. Abdikadir of Buffalo pleaded guilty Tuesday morning before Erie County Court Judge Kenneth Case to one count of grand larceny in the second degree (class "C" felony). The defendant pleaded guilty to the highest charge in the indictment against him.
