The Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. board of directors met and approved items that demonstrate cross-agency cooperation on Buffalo's Outer Harbor, including an memorandum of understanding with the New York State Department of Transportation for the extension of the Greenbelt public pathway and a MOU with New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation for the operation and maintenance of land associated with ECHDC-owned property on the Outer Harbor.
