Assemblyman John Ceretto, R-C-I-Lewiston, is applauding Tuesday's signing of the 2 percent agricultural assessment cap approved by Gov. Andrew Cuomo. This legislation, which Ceretto voted to pass in June, caps agricultural assessments at 2 percent, which will help reduce costs for New York's family farms.
