One year after announcing her highly anticipated return to the road with her ninth concert tour, "Together Again," today five-time Grammy Award-winning Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Janet Jackson reveals she will be adding 35 dates to the run. Kathy Hochul has directed state agencies to begin emergency response preparations as lake-effect snow and strong winds have the potential to create dangerous, blizzard-like conditions off the shores of Lake Erie and Lake Ontario this weekend.
