Ceretto: Beat the heat with extended hours at local swimming facilities and state parks

Assemblyman John Ceretto, R-I-Lewiston, is urging residents of Niagara County to take advantage of extended hours at local parks and swimming facilities. Gov. Andrew Cuomo today announced that the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation will begin extended hours today through Saturday evening.

Ceretto calls on Ohio governor to veto legislation that could threaten Niagara Falls region

Assemblyman John Ceretto, R-I-Lewiston, sent a letter to Ohio Gov. John Kasich urging him to veto House Bill 231, which would allow Ohio manufacturers, mining operations, power plants and other businesses to draw up to five million gallons of water a day directly from Lake Erie before facing regulation.
