Summer concert schedule announced at Canalside

Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. today announced an exciting concert lineup for summer 2015 on Buffalo's waterfront. This year, ECHDC is proud to announce that, with the support of its sponsors, Canalside will have 12 free Thursday concerts - two more than last year - that run from June 4 to Aug. 20.

The Smashing Pumpkins have just announced their first acoustic tour. Billed as The Smashing Pumpkins: "In Plainsong - An Acoustic-Electro Evening," the tour will kick off June 15 in North Tonawanda at the Historic Riviera Theatre, 67 Webster St. Doors open at 7 p.m. for the concert, which is presented by "Rock Radio" 103.3-FM "The Edge."
