Niagara Area Habitat for Humanity is hosting a one-of-a-kind Habitat ReSale pop-up store from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at its new office location. Funds raised will help Habitat for Humanity build homes for families in need (and keeps extra building supplies and home furnishings out of landfills). Items for sale will have been donated to the pop-up store and are then sold to the community at a fraction of retail price.

Andrew Cuomo on Monday announced the state's Tenant Safe Harbor Act will be expanded until Jan. 1, 2021, to protect additional residential tenants from eviction if they are suffering financial hardship during the COVID-19 public health emergency.
