On Friday, worship artist and songwriter Phil Thompson released his latest single, "Only Risen King," with Integrity Music. Accompanied with a live performance video, "Only Risen King" will be featured on Thompson's sophomore album, "Lion of Judah," slated to release July 23 (available for preorder). This latest release is the third leading up to the album, following "Jesus" and "Constant Mercies."

Singer-songwriter Ellie Holcomb released her third studio LP, "Canyon," Friday in partnership with Capitol CMG. This hope-filled album showcases an all-star team of co-writers such as Natalie Hemby, Bear Rinehart of NEEDTOBREATHE, Thad Cockrell, David Leonard and Jon Guerra. Grammy Award-winner Chris Tomlin revealed the track listing and country collaborations Thursday for his "Chris Tomlin & Friends: Summer EP," releasing July 2. The EP, produced by Corey Crowder, contains three new songs featuring Tomlin with Tyler Hubbard (Florida Georgia Line), who also served as executive producer; Jimmie Allen and Russell Dickerson. The project also includes two previously released tracks featuring Russell, Florida Georgia Line and Thomas Rhett from "Chris Tomlin & Friends," a No. 1 album released last year.
