It’s time to make your car look and feel as good as new.
Colorado-based business GO Car Wash opened its seventh location in Western New York on 2706 Military Road, Niagara Falls.
Filings from the Niagara County Clerk’s office on Dec. 20 show that San Diego-based commercial real estate investor MDC Coast 24 LLC paid $4.5 million for the new site in the Town of Niagara. The site was previously owned and developed by Rochester-based Royal Car Wash Development LLC.
According to New York Market Leader Justin Carozzolo, this location intends to be a community wash. Without the aid of tax breaks or other incentives, he said the car wash outlet intends to build within and create local jobs.
“We want you to make this part of your routine; we want to be the friendly smile every day to everybody,” Carozzolo said.
He added that the car wash currently offers a $9.99-a-month for two months special for any package customers pick. Carozzolo said there’s free air and vacuums for cleaning the car interior (clearing out vents, crevices, etc.), and the car wash offers an undercoat to get salt off vehicles. He also said this car wash is the only one in Western New York that offers ceramic coating on vehicles.
Continuing its tradition of donating $2,000 to nonprofits in the neighborhoods where GO Car Wash opens, Carozzolo said the Francis Center – an organization that helps underprivileged youth with afterschool tutoring, and women with respite programs – received a donation.
“We are not that corporation that just builds something and leaves. We get involved with the community,” he said. “We just want to be the most admired car wash in the world, and that’s what we train, and that's what we teach every day.”
According to a press release, the new GO Car Wash location in Niagara Falls also offered patrons the chance to contribute to the environment through a partnership with One Tree Planted as part of its opening. One Tree Planted will plant a tree for each new Unlimited Membership purchased from GO Car Wash Unlimited members.
