This is not a drill. We repeat: This is not a drill!
Dr. Giant Eyeball has returned to Lewiston – and this time he’s brought his Sinister Quartet Under Ill-Fated Direction, or S.Q.U.I.D.
Octopus, Crab, Seahorse and Lobster were last seen headed toward Artpark.
While their intentions are not clear, we believe they intend to continue the work they started in 2017.
Fearing the worst, local authorities called in the Super Optimized Negotiating Intelligence Alliance, or S.O.N.I.A., to try and thwart Dr. Giant Eyeball and his nefarious crustaceans.
So … if you believe this story, we have a lovely timeshare in Boca we’d love to discuss sometime.
In fact, Plasticiens Volants on Thursday morning staged a “Pearl: Secrets of the Sea" rehearsal for the community inside the Artpark Amphitheater. The French street theater company also workshopped with members of the Niagara University Repertory Theatre, or N.U.R.T. (No relation to S.Q.U.I.D. or S.O.N.I.A. … we think. Mwa ha ha. Ahem. Sorry. Had something in the throat. Carry on.)
The show begins at 7:30 p.m. TONIGHT and includes two sets of The Machine performing the music of Pink Floyd.
