Erie County press release

Erie County is now accepting applications from eligible Erie County-based charitable organizations interested in being entered into a lottery for a chance to receive tickets and parking passes for an assigned Buffalo Bills home game at the new Highmark Stadium. The application period will close Friday, July 24.

Under the Erie County hospitality suite access policy, each assigned game includes 16 total tickets and four total parking passes for charitable organizations. Two selected charitable organizations will be assigned to each game, with each organization receiving eight tickets and two parking passes.

Eligible organizations must:

•Be a charitable organization with qualifying 501(c)(3) status

•Have their principal place of business in Erie County

•Serve Erie County residents

•Have qualifying charitable status for at least five years

•Not have received ticket materials in the previous three seasons

“The Erie County hospitality suite is an opportunity to recognize and support the charitable organizations that serve our residents every day,” Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz said. “By using a lottery process, Erie County is making this opportunity fair, transparent and focused on public benefit, while giving local charitable organizations a chance to enjoy a Buffalo Bills game at the new Highmark Stadium.”

Eligible charitable organizations may apply online at https://www4.erie.gov/suites/. Questions regarding the application process may be directed by email to [email protected].

Applications will be reviewed for eligibility before entry into the lottery process. The lottery drawing date will be announced prior to the start of the Buffalo Bills season to ensure organizations have time to plan for their assigned game. Selected organizations will receive ticket materials in accordance with the Erie County hospitality suite access policy and are subject to county policy, stadium rules, and applicable laws and regulations. Tickets may not be resold but may be used for fundraising purposes by the charitable organization.
