Costello is a legendary singer/songwriter whose career spans more than five decades. Rising to prominence in the late ’70s, he became known for his sharp songwriting, distinctive voice, and ability to blend rock, punk, pop, jazz and orchestral music. Backed by The Imposters, Costello continues to deliver compelling live performances that showcase both his enduring classics and vital new material.
Costello is often joined by Sexton, a guitarist, songwriter and producer who is also an in-demand collaborator, having recorded with artists such as Ron Wood, Keith Richards, David Bowie and Bob Dylan.
Throughout his career, Costello has collaborated with some of music’s most celebrated artists, including Paul McCartney, Burt Bacharach, Tony Bennett and Allen Toussaint. His catalog includes hundreds of published songs, many of which have been recorded by legendary performers across multiple genres. A Grammy Award-winner and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Costello is widely respected for his influential songwriting, dynamic live performances, and lasting impact on modern music. Hits include “(What’s So Funny ‘Bout) Peace, Love and Understanding,” “Veronica,” “Alison” and “Oliver’s Army.”
