Zoe Burmester & Jordan Pilarski take home first-ever ‘Wizards of Baking Cup’ on Food Network’s ‘Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking’

Food Network’s “Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking” concluded last night with Zoe Burmester and Jordan Pilarski winning the competition and taking home the first-ever “Wizards of Baking Cup.”

The duo will be prominently featured in the upcoming “Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking The Official Companion Guide” (Insight Editions), available March 25.

The new series kicked off Food Network’s holidays on Thursday, Nov. 14, in spectacular fashion with ratings worth celebrating. Going into the finale, the series ranked as the No. 1 non-news/sports cable program on Thursday nights for P25-54; averaging .52 P25-54 and .68 W25-54 L3 ratings and had already reached more than 13 million total cross-platform viewers (across linear, Max and discovery+). Additionally, Food Network and “Harry Potter” social content in support of the series has earned over 100 million video views and more than 120 million social impressions to date.

“ ‘Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking’ had viewers tuning in each week to see what this group of talented artists would be conjuring up,” said Betsy Ayala, head of content, food, Warner Bros. Discovery. “Week after week, the spellbinding showpieces exceeded all expectations, and we are so happy to hand Zoe and Jordan the first-ever ‘Wizards of Baking Cup.’ ”

Capitalizing on the enduring love for “Harry Potter” – a global phenomenon that continues to captivate people of all ages around the world – the groundbreaking series blends legendary storytelling and fantastical edible creations in a never-before-seen competition that had audiences at the edge of their seats.

James and Oliver Phelps (Fred and George Weasley) brought their exceptional charm and behind-the-scenes anecdotes as hosts of this most magical series, joined by esteemed culinary judges Carla Hall and Jozef Youssef. Across the six-episode season they were joined by special guests Warwick Davis (Professor Flitwick), Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood) and Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley), who helped to evaluate the competitors’ showpieces and also shared their own film stories. The series was filmed at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, amidst the backdrop of “Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter,” on some of the original sets where Harry Potter's journey was brought to life on screen.
