Niagara County Public Works Commissioner Garret Meal on Wednesday announced the Niagara County Golf Course is now closed for the season.
“Given the ongoing construction and improvement projects currently underway at the Niagara County Golf Course, we have decided to close the course for the 2024 season effective immediately,” he said. “The safety of workers, golfers and the general public is always our top priority, and as these projects require additional time to complete, closing was the only responsible option.
“Thank you all our patrons and golfers for a wonderful 2024. We hope you will be excited to see the improvements we are making when we open for 2025. We continue to make the Niagara County Golf Course a quality and affordable place to golf and hold your events.”
Groff's Cafe at the Green will be reopening later this week. Call 716-201-1780 for its hours of operation.
