Eight-time Grammy-nominated Diamond-certified icon Avril Lavigne will bring her 2024 headline tour, “Avril Lavigne: The Greatest Hits” to the Darien Lake Amphitheater on Tuesday, Aug. 20. Produced by Live Nation, the tour will see Avril perform her biggest songs to-date, including the RIAA three-times-Platinum-certified “Complicated,” the two-times-Platinum-certified “Sk8er Boi,” the two-times-Platinum-certified “Girlfriend,” the Platinum-certified “Here’s To Never Growing Up,” and many more from her record-smashing catalog.
Special guest Simple Plan will join Avril as direct support, with Girlfriends joining as the opening act.

Ahead of her headline tour, Avril Lavigne announced her first-ever “Greatest Hits” album, which released June 21 via Legacy Recordings, the catalog division of Sony Music Entertainment. “Avril Lavigne – Greatest Hits” is available on 12-inch vinyl, CD and digital formats. The album also is available in 12-inch black vinyl and a Target-exclusive 12-inch vinyl neon green pressing. The album packaging includes new photos and a personal note to fans from Avril.
An essential compilation from all phases of Avril's pioneering career as one of the 21st century's breakout pop icons, “Avril Lavigne – Greatest Hits” features 20 career-spanning fan-favorites from her record-smashing catalog, from her chart-topping 2002 debut album, “Let Go” (Arista) through her seventh studio album, “Love Sux (Elektra/DTA).”
Four of Avril's studio albums – “Under My Skin” (Arista/RCA – 2004), “Best Damn Thing” (RCA – 2007), “Goodbye Lullaby” (RCA – 2011) and “Avril Lavigne” (Epic – 2013) – are releasing for the first time in 12-inch vinyl editions expanded to include bonus recordings formerly available as digital-only tracks. Amazon is offering an exclusive metallic silver pressing of “Under My Skin,” an exclusive 2-LP surge green pressing of “Goodbye Lullaby” (with nine bonus tracks) and an exclusive opaque baby blue pressing of “Avril Lavigne” (with three bonus tracks).
