Lincoln Park Nursery offers 'Investments that Grow'

When customers arrive at Lincoln Park Nursery, they immediately notice three things: friendly customer service, expert staff, and reasonable prices.

The business – which has locations at 147 Old Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst, and at 5705 Shawnee Road, Cambria – has been family-owned and operated since 1951. Today, John Maloney is the third-generation owner.

“We serve Amherst, Tonawandas and surrounding suburbs for over 73 years,” he said. “We sell locally grown trees, shrubs and evergreens; custom-made and drilled water features, and stone benches.”

The home of the "Pondless water garden" also sells unique, one-of-a-kind trees. 

“We design, install and guarantee,” Maloney said. We have a ‘We Design – You Dig’ program. We make the design, and you do the work.”

Lincoln Park Nursery has two fully stocked locations to serve customers better, and each site has a large supply of natural boulders, gravel, flagstone, flagstone steppers, wall stone and pillar rocks; plus fertilizer, pest and insect control, grass seed, weed fabric and burlap; and driftwood. 

Amherst store hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays. In Cambria, the store is open from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays; from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays; and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays. Hours are weather-dependent, so call first to make sure a store is open: 716-692-6100.
