John Ford Coley will perform live in concert at the West Herr Riviera Theatre in North Tonawanda on Thursday, July 25.

Coley is best known as half of the Grammy-nominated duo England Dan & John Ford Coley. Active throughout the 1970s, they released 11 albums and nine singles in their career and are best known for their 1976 single, "I'd Really Love to See You Tonight,” a No. 2 pop hit and No. 1 adult contemporary hit.

They had six Top 40 singles between 1976 and 1979. Among their classic hits are "Love Is the Answer,” "I'd Really Love to See You Tonight,” "Nights Are Forever Without You,” "It's Sad to Belong,” and "We'll Never Have to Say Goodbye Again.”

After the duo disbanded, Coley began an acting career, making several television and film appearances in the 1980s. He returned to an active touring schedule in the 1990s, along with serving as co-producer for artists such as Eddie Money.

He has also written his autobiography, titled “Backstage Pass,” which tells fascinating tales of his many years in the music business.

Coley still undertakes a busy tour schedule, performing to devoted audiences worldwide. For more information, visit http://www.johnfordcoley.com, https://www.facebook.com/johnfordcoleypage/ and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Ford_Coley.
