Groundbreaking artist Orville Peck announces new show at Artpark

Orville Peck announces North American ‘Stampede’ tour following signing with Warner Records

As part of Artpark & Company’s 50th anniversary season, Orville Peck with special guests The War And Treaty and Goldie Boutilier will perform in the Artpark Amphitheater at 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 1. This concert is presented by Live Nation and Artpark & Company.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, April 5, at $69.50 for reserved seats, $49.50 for front of stage (standing only), and $32.50 for general admission (no carry-in chairs allowed; blankets are permitted). Today, Peck unveiled his upcoming North American “Stampede” headlining tour and revealed that his new single with Willie Nelson, "Cowboys Are Frequently Secretly Fond Of Each Other," will arrive April 5. This news follows the announcement of the acclaimed artist’s signing to Warner Records.

“I am incredibly happy to be joining the Warner family and getting back on the road this year,” Peck said. “I feel happier and healthier than I’ve ever been, and I’m excited to start this new chapter.”

"Cowboys Are Frequently Secretly Fond Of Each Other" is Peck's first new release since dropping his acclaimed sophomore album, “Bronco,” in 2022. A wholly original storyteller, the masked star's music has always pushed boundaries and defied expectations. In 2019, Peck's self-produced debut album, “Pony,” won rave reviews and delivered the singles "Dead of Night" and "Take You Back." By the time he released his second album, Peck had already carved out a niche for himself in country music, and well beyond.

Peck is a country recording artist and songwriter known for his deep baritone voice, strong musicianship and songs that are sincere yet bold in their storytelling. Never confirming his identity, Orville, who is openly gay and lived an itinerant life, is never seen without his signature mask. Following the release of his self-produced debut album, Orville signed with Columbia Records and released his “Show Pony” EP. Released to immediate critical acclaim in 2020, the EP features a duet with global icon Shania Twain and puts Orville’s triumphant songwriting skills and intentional craftsmanship on full display.

Orville, known for his unique personal style, has collaborated with many fashion brands including but not limited to Beyoncé’s Ivy Park, Dior, Diesel, Michael KORS and Pamela Love amongst others. When Orville is not performing or touring, he lends his time to activism and the causes he is committed to.
