The U.S. Small Business Administration announced the selection of Victoria Reynolds as the new district director of its Buffalo district office. Her position is effective immediately.
Region II Regional Administrator Marlene Cintron said, “Ms. Reynolds’ appointment as district director has placed an experienced and exceptional leader to move SBA’s vision and mission forward as this area takes on higher responsibilities to support its expected growth. Her years as deputy district director have provided her with the experience needed to further reach out to the historically underserved communities in her district, as well as create additional educational and supportive programs for current and prospective small businesses in Buffalo. I am personally thrilled with her selection.”
Reynolds has served SBA’s Buffalo district for over 30 years in a variety of capacities from loan processing and servicing to Rochester branch manager and, for the past 16 years, as deputy district director in Buffalo.

A press release noted Reynolds attended Nazareth University in Rochester and spent the first half of her career serving small businesses in the Greater Rochester community. “As a lifelong resident of Genesee County, she brings a comprehensive perspective to both the opportunities and challenges for small businesses across the entire service area.”
Serving 14 counties of Western New York and the Finger Lakes, the Buffalo district office is located at 130 S. Elmwood Ave. A branch office located at 100 State St., Rochester.
