Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA (1900 Military Road) welcomes back the holiday season with a true in-person shopping experience featuring family-friendly activities, charity partner engagements, and shopping deals with the top brands.
“Fashion Outlets is working with various partners to help make the holiday season festive for our Western New York community,” said Susie Swiatkowski, marketing manager. “In addition to our charitable and family activities, our mall features more than 120 outlet brands, many that are unique in our area.”
The holiday season begins on Black Friday, Nov. 24, with doors open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. There will be giveaways and DJ music, from 11 to 1 p.m., in the Center Court area. Retailers are offering special discounts up to 75% off on Black Friday and into the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
Santa Claus returns to the Fashion Outlets for holiday photos Dec. 1-24. Guests are encouraged to prebook their visit at FashionOutletsNiagara.com/SantaPhotos .
Other holiday activities include:
•“Doughnuts With Santa,” a charity event for families with young children, from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, inside the Food Court. There is a suggested donation of $5 cash per person, benefitting the Niagara Falls Firefighters Christmas Toy Fund. Space is limited to 100 guests, while supplies last. The event is sponsored by Dunkin’.
•Santa Cares, an inclusive, sensory-friendly visit with Santa specifically designed for families with special needs, will be held from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 3. Reservations are recommended by visiting www.fashionoutletsniagara.com/Events/SantaCares2023.
•Pet lovers may also bring their furry friends to take photos with Santa on “Pet Nights,” from 4-7p.m. Dec. 5, 12 and 19.
•Fashion Outlets is hosting its “Holiday Music Showcase,” featuring music by the Lewiston-Porter string ensemble, from 6-7 p.m. Dec. 7 and 14; and the Niagara Falls High School chorus from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Dec. 20.
•In addition, the Fashion Outlets is partnering with the Salvation Army to host its “Angel Tree,” running now through Dec. 15. Guests can “adopt” a child by taking a tag off the tree in the mall’s Center Court area, and purchase what is on their wish list.
The mall is also partnering with Community Missions of the Niagara Frontier to host the “Holiday Hope” donation drive, collecting winter clothing, toys, nonperishable food items and more, through Dec. 15. Donations may be dropped off at the Coach store, closest to entrance 1.
