Niagara County Public Information Office
The Niagara County Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) office located at 111 Main St., Lockport, will be closing at 2 p.m., tomorrow, Aug. 16, according to Niagara County Clerk Joseph A. Jastrzemski. The early closure is necessary so that technicians from Spectrum can address several computer connectivity issues.
The North Tonawanda and Niagara Falls DMV offices are not affected by the connectivity issues and will remain open.
Those with appointments have been contacted by the DMV to reschedule. The DMV is expected to reopen with normal business hours on Thursday, Aug. 16.
