The Youngstown Business and Professional Association sponsored the annual O'Riordan St. Patrick's Day Parade on Sunday. The event started with a strong wind chill. Still, it had a great turn-out, as there were 25 units in this fun parade – meaning judging the favorite groups and floats was rather difficult. When the parade was over, the award for the kids group was the Youngstown Free Library, and the adult group prize went to Old Fort Niagara.
In addition to the parade, the MacKenzie Highlanders Pipes and Drums had a short concert on the street outside of the Ontario House, and then continued inside. (Photos by Wayne Peters)
