Grand-opening set for March 17

Two of the region’s leading names in luxury are coming together to provide customers services that are a cut above the rest.

Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino announced it is partnering with Il Mulino, a local provider of high-end salon and aesthetics services and treatments, to provide salon and medical spa services inside The Spa at Seneca, the resort’s full-service spa and salon located on the third floor of the 26-story Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino hotel tower.

Il Mulino currently occupies approximately 3,000 square-feet within The Spa, providing a full-range of barbering and salon services, along with medical spa services including cosmetic injectables and skin care services, dermal fillers, IV therapy and Kybella.

An official grand-opening celebration is planned for Friday, March 17.

“This is a very exciting partnership that will introduce a wider range of luxury services and experiences to guests at Seneca Niagara and customers of Il Mulino,” said Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino General Manager Joanne Israel. “Il Mulino shares our commitment to quality and elevating the guest experience. We want everyone who visits The Spa at Seneca and Il Mulino to walk away looking and feeling their best, and, together, our teams can deliver on that promise.”

For Jared White, founder and principal of Il Mulino, the opportunity to team up with the professionals at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino represents a special and unique homecoming, of sorts. White worked for Seneca Gaming Corporation and the Seneca Gaming Authority before pursuing his vision and launching Il Mulino in 2018.

“Coming into this partnership with Seneca Gaming Corporation is more than a business opportunity. It feels as though my life and career are coming full-circle in a very rewarding way,” said White, a Gowanda native whose family has Seneca and Onondaga roots. “I have the opportunity to work with many people I have known and worked with previously, but in a much different capacity. I see this as the start of an exciting journey to take personal care in our community to the next level.”

White is a master barber with more than a decade of experience in the hair industry. He opened Il Mulino at 465 Washington St., Buffalo, at the end of 2018. Today, he and his team provide the latest grooming styles, techniques and trends from five locations throughout Western New York, including the new Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino location.

In 2022, Il Mulino introduced its Medical Spa & Aesthetics studio at 8207 Main St., Williamsville. The services are provided by medical-trained professionals under the direction of Dr. Jafar Siddiqui, a board-certified interventionalist with experience in the administration of neurotoxins and other injectables.

In addition to the services provided by Il Mulino, The Spa at Seneca provides a full menu of spa services, including massage, body treatments, skincare and facials, aromatherapy, hair waxing, and beauty and nail services. The Spa is open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday through Monday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.
