Grand Island’s The Tarshus Law Firm has rebranded as Lawyer For Business.

The firm was established in 2015 with a mission to provide small businesses, companies and organizations with customized legal solutions that support their operations and growth. Currently, Lawyer For Business offers a wide range of online legal services, including business formation, business startup and operations, business contracts and mergers and acquisitions.

Andrea Tarshus, the firm’s founder, is a multifaceted business attorney who works with organizations and entities of all sizes, including startups, emerging companies, large corporations, and nonprofits.

As a contract attorney with over a decade of experience in the legal industry, Tarshus said she made the decision to rebrand her firm to further expand her network and offer more tailored legal services to clients in all industries throughout New York state and beyond. The firm is expected to continue expanding its regional and national profile in 2023.

“Now, as we embark on the new year, our mission is to be our clients’ one-stop-shop for all their business legal needs,” Tarshus said. “As the firm continues expanding, we remain committed to delivering the highest-quality legal services to meet our clients’ growing needs.”

Tarshus holds a J.D. from the Albany Law School and a B.A. in communication studies from Marist College. In addition to her law practice, she is involved in the Western New York community, serving on the boards for Kevin Guest House and the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Tarshus founded Boss BeCause, a nonprofit with the mission to help children with life-threatening illnesses launch their own charity or business free of charge.

Lawyer For Business is a woman-owned law firm working with clients in a variety of industries, including audio/video, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, products distribution, agriculture, health care, commercial property management, technology, social media marketing, and hospitality, among many others.
