Buffalo Police Department: Street closures to make way for Taste of Buffalo

The Buffalo Police Department announced there will be a number of street closures in downtown Buffalo running through late evening on Sunday, July 10, to accommodate the 2022 Taste of Buffalo.

Starting at noon today, the following streets will be closed to vehicular traffic:

√ Delaware Avenue (between Chippewa and West Eagle streets)

√ West Genesee Street (between Franklin Street and Niagara Square)

√ Court Street (between Franklin Street and Niagara Square)

√ Niagara Street (between Elmwood Avenue and Niagara Square)

√ Perkins Place (between Elmwood Avenue and Niagara Square)

√ Jerge Drive (between Elmwood Avenue and Niagara Square)

√ West Mohawk Street (between Delaware and Elmwood avenues, and between Delaware Avenue and Franklin Street)

√ West Huron Street (between Delaware and Elmwood avenues, and between Delaware Avenue and Franklin Street)

√ Cary Street (between Delaware and Elmwood avenues)

Starting at 5 p.m. today:

√ Delaware Avenue, from Chippewa Street to, and through Niagara Square, will be closed to outbound traffic.

All of these streets will remain closed throughout the two-day food festival, reopening late Sunday night, July 10, following clean-up of the festival site.
