Live video, ‘Come Alive (feat. Hope Darst),’ also available today

The Belonging Co, a fast-growing church based in Nashville, released a fourth live album, “Here,” today. New live videos of each track will premiere on their YouTube channel in the weeks following the anticipated album release.

The Belonging Co church was founded by Henry and Alex Seeley in 2014 in the basement of their home with only four people in the very first meeting. Now, The Belonging Co sees thousands of people gather each weekend at their in-person and online locations.

The church’s team said, “A diverse group of worship leaders have made The Belonging Co their home church and are among those who make up The Belonging Co worship team. This album is a reflection of live worship moments that were captured within the church with the hope of bringing listeners into a personal encounter with God.”

Henry Seeley, who leads two songs on the album (“Because of Christ” and “Nothing Like Your Presence”) said, “The songs coming out of this house are birthed from the overflow of what God is doing in our church. We feel it is part of our mandate – part of our calling – to capture the sound of what God is doing here. The songs captured on this album are not contrived or planned moments of worship as much as they are a true reflection of what happens in a service; it is the sound of stewarding the presence of God and a people hungry to encounter Him.”

In celebration of the album release, The Belonging Co premiered the live video of “Come Alive (Resurrection Power) (feat. Hope Darst).” Viewers were able to watch the world premiere on YouTube on Friday while interacting with Darst in the live chat. Check out the live video on The Belonging Co’s YouTube page.

Darst said, “Sometimes, we have to remind ourselves that the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in us. We can look at impossible things and begin to speak life over them in the name of Jesus. Our prayer is that this song would ignite faith in people to believe that Jesus Christ has the power to bring healing and freedom into any situation or circumstance!”

Recorded live at The Belonging Co Conference, this song “confidently proclaims life, even in the face of things that appear to be hopeless. It is the emphatic declaration of the resurrection power of Jesus Christ, and the authority of all believers to exert the power we've access to through faith in him.

“Each song on the nine-track album does the same; they invite every listener into a moment of encounter with God.”

Presave or add “Here” today across all platforms.

Since its inception in 2014, the church “has become known as a place to find freedom, breakthrough and healing through God’s word, his presence, and through worship. The heart of The Belonging Co is that every song released would empower both individuals and the collective body of Christ to encounter God through worship and lead them to experience the freedom that comes only through knowing Jesus.”

Henry Seeley, along with worship leaders Clark Beckham, Cody Carnes, Ben Cantelon, Darst, David Dennis, Katelyn Drye, Mia Fieldes, Danny Gokey, Natalie Grant, Andrew Holt, Kari Jobe, Shantrice Laura, Daniella Mason, Maggie Reed, Sarah Reeves, Lauren Strahm and Mitch Wong, make up the family of worship leaders committed to furthering the gospel by serving in the community they’ve found at The Belonging Co.
