After a few years of hiatus, Intandem (formerly Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara) is back with a bigger and better “celebrity bartending” event centered on college basketball.
This year’s event will include a bracket battles raffle “Finest Four” bartending contest and “Alley – Oops!” bowling games.
The event will be held from 6-10 p.m. Saturday, April 2, at the Lewiston Event Center, 845 Cayuga St. Admission is free. NCAA basketball games will be shown on television, and there will be bowling, raffles and music throughout the evening. Food and beverages will also be available. All proceeds from the event will benefit the hundreds of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health concerns whom Intandem supports.
“We are very excited to be back out in the community with this event,” said Larry Sorokes, chief development officer for Intandem. “We have so many wonderful supporters, and this is a great way to come together, have some fun, enjoy conversation, and support the agency.”
