Erie County Department of Health vaccine clinics scheduled for community events on Saturday

The Erie County Department of Health will be set up two community sites in Buffalo on Saturday, July 10, to provide COVID-19 vaccinations. These clinics will offer single-dose Johnson & Johnson coronavirus vaccine for ages 18 and older, and the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine series for youth ages 12-17.

Parental consent is required for children ages 17 and younger. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. Call 716-858-2929 or visit www.erie.gov/vax.

Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York will provide giveaways for individuals who are being vaccinated at these clinics.

•Saturday, July 10, 1-5 p.m. at Albright-Knox Northland, 612 Northland Ave., Buffalo. ECDOH will provide vaccine for ages 12 and older. Other planned activities include the Albright-Knox art truck with free outdoor artmaking activities inspired by “Hervé Tullet: Shape and Color,” the new exhibition on view through Sept. 12.

•Saturday, July 10, 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Central Terminal, 495 Paderewski Ave., Buffalo. ECDOH will provide vaccine for ages 12 and older. This family health and wellness event will have dance workouts, yoga, fitness activities for kids and adults and lunch.
