Congratulations Tecla Rustic Bistro & Bar! Wow – what a show of support! Chef/owner Joe Belardi was joined Tuesday by friends, family, elected leaders, business and community leaders and the Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
