Given the uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), WYRK has made the difficult decision to announce the cancellation of Taste of Country originally scheduled for June 12, and then postponed to Sept. 25.
A press release said, “This decision is based on the evolving COVID-19 public health threat, our ability to ensure the event does not contribute to the spread of the pandemic, and the impracticality of hosting such a large event given ongoing guidelines and protocols put forth by public health officials. We take the safety and health of our guests, staff, and community very seriously – it is our No. 1 priority. All tickets will be refunded.
