The country and our local community as a whole are certainly experiencing a bit of stress these days due to COVID-19. And when you are under stress you tend to make mistakes. Health System Services is certainly feeling our share of stresses. Recently our retail staff misunderstood our directive as it relates to filling customer orders.
While we are closed to walk-in traffic, we are doing our best to help people over the phone and by shipping directly to homes, bringing products out to vehicles or making an exchange at our retail entrance.
To protect our patients and our employees, we have implemented, as much as possible, for some team members to be able to work from home. This is no easy task when you are in the health care industry. We are in the early days of this change in work habits and it has caused some miss communication. For that we are very sorry.
