Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino has a special night of music planned when Aaron Lewis brings his “Acoustic Songs & Stories” show to the Seneca Allegany Event Center at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 14. Tickets go on sale at noon this Friday, Dec. 20.
As the lead vocalist of the rock group Staind, Lewis was the voice of one of the most successful acts of the early 2000s, delivering numerous hit songs, including the Top 10 smash “It’s Been Awhile.” In 2011, Lewis began focusing on a solo career in the world of country music. His debut solo EP “Town Line” topped the U.S. country charts and included the hit single “Country Boy.” His three full-length country albums (“The Road,” “Sinner” and “State I’m In”) have all been Top 10 albums. Lewis’ live shows are highlighted by his impassioned performance and outlaw country songs.

Gary Lewis & The Playboys, The Village People, Orleans to perform at Bear’s Den Showroom
The stars will shine and have people ready to dance at The Bear’s Den Showroom inside Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in March. A slate of new shows includes: Gary Lewis & The Playboys (Saturday, March 7, at 8 p.m.), The Village People (Friday, March 13, and Saturday, March 14, at 8 p.m.), Orleans (Friday, March 20, 8 p.m.) and Against the Wind: The Ultimate Bob Seger Experience (Saturday, March 28, 8 p.m.). Tickets go on sale at noon on Friday.
Gary Lewis & The Playboys were one of America’s most successful pop and rock groups during the “British Invasion” era of the mid-1960s. The group produced a string of hit singles, including the No. 1 song “This Diamond Ring,” along with “Count Me In,” “Save Your Heart for Me,” “Everybody Loves A Clown” and “She’s Just My Style.” Gary Lewis & The Playboys was one of only two acts in the 1960s whose first seven releases made the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The Village People are synonymous with dance music and are the one-of-a-kind kings of disco. Their energetic performances, choreography, famous costumes, and generation-defining hits, including “Macho Man,” “In The Navy” and “YMCA,” have helped the Village People sell more than 100 million records worldwide. Orleans has been recording and performing for more than 40 years. Formed in the early 1970s, the band had made a name for itself on the college tour in the northeast U.S. when they scored their first Billboard Hot 100 song, “Let There Be Music,” in 1975. From there, Orleans went on to release and record two all-time classics “Dance With Me,” and “Still the One,” along with another popular single, “Love Takes Time.” Tickets start at $45.
Against the Wind: The Ultimate Bob Seger Experience is a journey through decades of one of American music’s biggest hit-makers. The show’s performance combines the gritty, high-energy rock with the heartfelt, iconic melodies that fans of Seger know, love and love to sing. Against the Wind performs the songs that propelled Seger to the heights of music stardom, including “Ramblin’ Gamblin’ Man,” “Like a Rock,” “Traveling Man,” “Beautiful Loser,” “Turn the Page” and “Against the Wind.” Tickets start at $45.
Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino Presents King of the Cage Mixed Martial Arts
Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino will once again shake with the power, energy and excitement of professional mixed martial arts when King of the Cage returns to the Seneca Niagara Events Center at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 21. Tickets go on sale at noon Friday.
King of the Cage, the leader in casino mixed martial arts entertainment, returns to Niagara Falls with another slate of action-packed bouts. After performing over 500 events since its inception in 1998, including multiple successful events at both Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino and Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino in Salamanca, King of the Cage continues to promote shows globally, including the U.S. and far-reaching countries such as England, Singapore, South Africa, Canada, Japan, Australia and the Philippines.
