Janet Hoffman, president of Celebrate Wilson, announced plans for hosting a unique culinary event. Titled “Field to Table,” it’s intended to celebrate the end of the growing season in northern Niagara. A bountiful dinner (with entertainment) will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, at the Wilson House Restaurant.
“The field to table dinner will feature a five-course succulent meal, featuring the harvest of the area local farms and sustainable, wild game,” said Mary Moley-Palacios, chairperson for the event.
For those who wish to complete their experience, there will be beer, wine and bourbon pairings available. Cost is $40 per person, and reservations are required.
“Join us for a casual evening to celebrate the food of our community and the company of our neighbors, at the beautiful Wilson House Restaurant,” Hoffman said.
Tickets are limited. For more information, or to make a reservation, contact Hoffman at 716-751-0165, Moley-Palacios at 716-628-5083, or Anne Basile at 716-830-4151.
