Finding a trusted mechanic can be difficult at times, which is why AAA rigorously reviews facilities to find the best. AAA Western and Central New York recently recognized Approved Auto Repair facilities in its annual "Top Shop" award program.

AAA reviewed service evaluations received from customers who had work completed at one of its AAR facilities in Western and Central New York from January through December 2018. The facilities are awarded based on customer satisfaction. Facilities that achieve this award from AAA WCNY must have maintained a “totally satisfied” survey score of 95% or better over the 2018 year.

In the Western New York region, those AAR facilities are:

  • Bellreng’s Towing and Automotive – Tonawanda
  • Bison Automotive – Buffalo

  • Coppins Service Center – Lewiston
  • Don’s Auto – Lackawanna
