Aug. 20 ‘Tuesdays in the Park’ concert
One of the most acclaimed bands of the classic rock era, Bad Company with Paul Rodgers and Simon Kirke, will perform at the Artpark Amphitheater Aug. 20 as part of “Tuesdays in the Park presented by M&T Bank.” Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 22.
Bad Company has enjoyed a streak of Gold and Platinum records and singles such as “Can’t Get Enough,” “Feel Like Makin’ Love,” “Rock n’ Roll Fantasy,” “Movin’ On,” “Young Blood” and “Hey Hey.” In recent years, the band has played an exclusive number of shows; 2019 is no exception, as the band has chosen to play just 12 concerts worldwide.
Tickets for the 7 p.m. show range from $77 for front-of-stage (standing-room-only) or reserved seating to $37 for general admission bowl and $19 for general admission (advance; $24 week of show). Prices include a facility fee; additional fees apply for online and phone orders. The Bad Company concert joins these previously announced Tuesdays in the Park shows with Sammy Hagar’s “Full Circle Jam Tour” (June 4); Earth, Wind & Fire (July 16); Weird Al” Yankovic: “The Strings Attached Tour” (July 23); and Foreigner (Aug. 27).
