July 16 in Artpark Amphitheater
Legendary music group Earth, Wind & Fire will perform at 6:30 p.m. July 16 at the Artpark Amphitheater as part of “Tuesdays in the Park” presented by M&T Bank. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 15.
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Earth, Wind & Fire is a music institution. Over a five-decade career, EWF has sold-out concert venues around the globe, scoring eight No. 1 hits and selling 100 million albums worldwide in the process. The band has released 23 albums, eight of which have gone double-Platinum and hit the Top 10, making EWF one of the best-selling acts of all time. The group also collected nine Grammy Awards, including one for Lifetime Achievement (2012).
With a sound that blends funk, jazz, pop, soul and R&B, EWF launched a musical genre that can't be confined to a specific label – except its own. Whether it’s the funky and infectious “Let’s Groove,” the timeless dance classic “September,” or the heartfelt “Reasons,” EWF’s catalog of hits has become the soundtrack to many lives: now, then and forever.
Front-of-stage (standing-room-only) tickets are $77, as is reserved seating. General admission bowl tickets are $37, while general admission is $19 in advance or $24 the week of the show. Ticket prices include facility fee; additional fees apply for online and phone orders.
