Formed in 1989, Donna The Buffalo hail from Trumansburg, and are the very definition of upstate New York roots music. Blending folk, country, bluegrass and Zydeco, Donna The Buffalo transcend genres into a rich style that is both pure and unique. With a fanbase lovingly known as “The Herd,” the band is responsible for the annual Finger Lakes GrassRoots Festival of Music and Dance along with the Shakori Hills Grassroots Festival in Central New York.
