'One Buffalo Weekend' kicks off fall sports season

One Buffalo magnet giveaway, newly branded merchandise celebrate fourth One Buffalo Day
With Buffalo fans preparing for both Bills and Sabres home games this weekend, Pegula Sports & Entertainment announced the celebration of "One Buffalo Weekend" in Western New York. The weekend marks the fourth anniversary of Terry and Kim Pegula completing their purchase of the Buffalo Bills, and the third anniversary of Mayor Byron Brown declaring Oct. 8, 2015, as One Buffalo Day.
To celebrate the fourth anniversary of launching the One Buffalo initiative, PSE has released new-look merchandise, featuring a secondary logo that pays homage to the traditional standing buffalo while incorporating modern design elements. This new logo represents prosperity with a forward-moving buffalo that is looking to the future. The logo launch will be celebrated on Monday at the Sabres "Party in the Plaza," prior to the team's faceoff against Vegas on One Buffalo Day.
Fans attending either the Bills game Sunday (1 p.m.) against Tennessee or the Sabres game Monday (3 p.m.) against Vegas will have a chance to obtain a limited-edition One Buffalo car magnet. The My One Buffalo Street Team will distribute a limited number of free magnets at the Fan Zone in the ADPRO Sports Training Center prior to Bills kickoff. The first 10,000 fans to enter KeyBank Center on Monday will also receive the free One Buffalo car magnet.
Newly branded One Buffalo merchandise is currently available in the Bills Store, Sabres Store, Buffalo-area Wegmans, and online at www.ShopOneBuffalo.com. All My One Buffalo members have access to a code on the app that allows them to enjoy a 10 percent discount on a ShopOneBuffalo.com purchase, valid through Wednesday, Oct. 10.
