New features include extensive upgrades for ticket management, robust team-specific features
The My One Buffalo mobile app is back for the 2018-19 season, and features upgrades that create an even more user-friendly way to manage tickets, find team content, view schedules and venue information, connect with unique, team-based experiences, and participate in the membership program.
"The My One Buffalo app has facilitated a way for our fans to maximize their connection to our teams since its launch," said Brent Rossi, Pegula Sports and Entertainment's executive vice president of marketing and brand strategy. "This offseason, we worked extensively to expand the benefits that our app offers fans and simplify its usage. The result is an extremely user-friendly app that gives our fans all the tools they need to follow our teams and have the most enjoyable gameday experience possible."
The My One Buffalo app is currently loaded with extensive Bills features to usher in the new season. In addition to an all-inclusive news page featuring content on all teams, fans have access to an interactive New Era Field map, gate wait times, traffic updates, access to unique Bills experiences, a direct link to Fan Assist, and full integration with Uber and Designated Drivers of Buffalo. The app will expand to include extensive Sabres, Bandits and Harborcenter features as the hockey and lacrosse seasons approach.
The exclusive One Buffalo membership program returns with more extensive benefits for Bills season ticket members and Sabres season ticketholders. Upon linking their season ticket account, members are automatically enrolled in an advanced level of the program, unlocking access to exclusive giveaways, content and event invites.
