Word Entertainment welcomes award-winning singer and songwriter Dan Bremnes to its roster. On the heels of this new partnership, the Salmon Arm, British Columbia, native will release "Going Together," his first digital single since his 2015 debut album, "Where The Light Is."
"I'm very excited to start on this next chapter, and am truly honored to work with such an exceptional team," Bremnes recently shared.
Produced by Toronto-based Mike Wise and mixed by Dan Weston, "Going Together" is dedicated to Bremnes' wife of 10 years, Britt. "From day one she has been the most supportive, sacrificial and amazing partner," Bremnes said. "This is our love story."

Bremnes is currently on the "Winter Jam Spectacular" tour, and will again join the 47-city tour from January through March, opening for headliners Lecrae and Skillet. With the opportunity to share new songs with an arena-capacity audience, Bremnes is performing a solo set Ed Sheeran-style with loop pedals and samplers.
In December, Bremnes will head back to Canada to headline 16 dates on his inaugural Christmas tour, "Jingle All The Way." For his current tour schedule, visit DanBremnes.com.
When this singer and songwriter was just 10 years old, he played drums at his local church while also learning guitar and discovering a passion for songwriting. As years passed, it was a six-month trip in Australia that re-shaped his perspective.
"While I was there, something happened in my life, and God started working on my heart," Bremnes said. "I started thinking about making music that was really intentional about reaching people on a spiritual level. I wanted to come right out and speak about God and my relationship with him."
As he was pursuing his professional dreams, Bremnes' faced the tragic news his mother was killed in a car accident. An event that truly turned his life upside down, there was no better way to honor his mother's memory than by throwing himself wholeheartedly into music. He began to share his songs with anyone who'd listen and continued to hone his songwriting craft. It wasn't long before people took notice.
In his career to date, Bremnes has collected a host of awards and accolades, including the 2016 Juno Award for Contemporary Christian/Gospel Album of the Year, and five GMA Canada Covenant Awards, including 2016 "Album of the Year" and "Artist of the Year."
