A busy North Tonawanda medical office is getting a new home - and a new identity.
Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center announced Monday it will move its River Road Primary Care Center to new offices at 1089 Kinkead Ave., Suite 111, North Tonawanda. The practice will be renamed the North Tonawanda Primary Care Center.
The new site will open Monday, Aug. 28.
"This new office places our primary care practice in a central location that is easily accessible to residential neighborhoods, local businesses and students and staff at North Tonawanda High School," said Memorial Senior Vice President Sanjay Chadha. "We believe the new location and name signify and confirm our continued commitment to delivering high-quality medical care to residents of North Tonawanda and the surrounding communities."
North Tonawanda Primary Care Center will feature five patient exam rooms, a nurse's station, office-reception area and patient waiting room. It will be adjacent to a larger facility that also will house medical office suites.
Providing care there will be the same team of medical professionals now at the River Road office: Dr. Richard Castaldo, Dr. Nitin Arora, and nurse practitioners Annmarie Lally and Vivian Gerard. The office's phone and fax numbers will remain the same.
The new location will offer patients from North Tonawanda and the surrounding communities facilitated access to Niagara Falls Memorial's extensive line of patient services, including cardiology, stroke care, wound care, vascular and endovascular surgery, bariatric surgery, women's services and sports medicine and orthopedic care.
