Patrons to experience significant savings in online service fees
The Center for the Arts, University at Buffalo, announced the selection of Ticketfly as its new official ticketing provider. The agreement goes into effect July 1.
Ticketfly provides more than 1,800 venues and promoters across North America with a full-service platform that includes ticketing, digital marketing and analytics.
Founded in 2008, Ticketfly has twice been named one of Fast Company's "Most Innovative Companies in Music." The Center for the Arts is the area's first reserved seating venue to sign with Ticketfly, joining other popular local venues including Town Ballroom, The Rapids Theatre and Canalside Live as Ticketfly clients.
"We look forward to our new partnership. Our move to Ticketfly offers ticket buyers an immediate reduction in fees of approximately 50 percent, and boasts enhanced tools to better connect patrons with our events," stated Michael Detty, interim executive director of the CFA.
Tickets already purchased for fall 2017 events at the CFA box office or via
www.Tickets.com will remain valid through the performance date. Beginning July 1, tickets will be available at www.ticketfly.com, by phone at 877-987-6487, or at the CFA box office (visit
