'The Voice': Sundance Head named champion

Popular member of Team Blake excelled in competition & earned America's top vote

Sundance Head was crowned champion of NBC's Emmy Award-winning musical competition series "The Voice" on Tuesday, earning the grand-prize of a recording contract and being named as "The Voice" for season 11.

"The Voice" is averaging a 3.1 rating in adults 18-49 and 12.3 million viewers overall with its Monday and Tuesday editions in "most current" results from Nielsen Media Research, giving it increases versus the prior cycle (3.1 vs. 3.0 in 18-49, 12.329 million vs. 12.306 million in total viewers). "The Voice" ranks as TV's No. 1 alternative series in adults 18-49, a status the show has maintained over the past four seasons.
