NBC's "Sunday Night Football" - primetime television's top-rated show - continues this week when Russell Wilson and the first-place Seattle Seahawks visit Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers in a rematch of last season's NFC Divisional Playoff game. Coverage begins with "Football Night in America" at 7 p.m. ET.

The Seahawks (7-3-1) return home looking to bounce back from a 14-5 loss at Tampa Bay. Wilson has 2,468 passing yards and 18 touchdown passes, while committing just two turnovers, in his past nine home games. Since 2011, Seahawks tight end Jimmy Graham leads NFL TEs with 5,707 receiving yards, and cornerback Richard Sherman has a league-leading 30 interceptions.

The two teams last met in last season's NFC Divisional Playoff game, where the Panthers defeated the Seahawks 31-24 on their way to Super Bowl 50. Newton, last season's MVP, has 48 career rushing touchdowns, the most by any quarterback in NFL history. Panthers TE Greg Olsen leads NFL TEs with 790 receiving yards this season, and ranks second in receptions (58).
