Blue Rodeo and Basia Bulat performed June 21 as part of "Tuesday in the Park" at Artpark.
Lewiston concertgoers were worried about overcast Western New York skies Tuesday. However, upon arriving at Artpark, they found, once again, it rarely rains on concert nights. As such, the happy - and dry - patrons flocked to the stage to cheer on Toronto upstart Basia Bulat and alt-country Canadian Music Hall of Fame band Blue Rodeo.
