Let's get this party started: Fat Tuesday, Year of the Monkey, and love are celebrated during 'Chew to the Rescue Week'

Celebrate Chinese New Year, gear up for a Mardi Gras extravaganza, and start planning your Valentine's menu next week on "The Chew." Tasty tips and crafts abound on "Chew to the Rescue Week."

Also, Katie Holmes, Alfred Enoch and Tamar Braxton join co-hosts Mario Batali, Michael Symon, Clinton Kelly, Daphne Oz and Carla Hall in the kitchen.

Listings for the week of Feb. 8-12 (subject to change; weekdays at 1 p.m. ET on ABC):

Monday, Feb. 8 - "Make-It Yourself Monday" - 2016 marks the Year of the Monkey so, in celebration of Chinese New Year (also known as the Spring Festival), Mario cooks with Chinese food expert Danielle Chang ("Lucky Rice"); Carla visits New York City's Lower East Side Girls Club for some cooking and a surprise.

Tuesday, Feb. 9 - "The Ultimate Mardi Gras" - Television hosts Kit Hoover and Billy Bush ("Access Hollywood Live") cook with Clinton; the "Queen of Creole Cuisine" Leah Chase shows off her legendary restaurant, Dooky Chase; co-hosts Michael, Mario and Carla take inspiration from the Big Easy to whip up some delicious Fat Tuesday-inspired treats.

Wednesday, Feb. 10 - "Recipes That Will Change Your Life" - First-time guest Katie Holmes ("Touched With Fire") joins Mario to prepare a delectable dish; Carla helps a viewer recover a beloved family recipe with a "Bake-over"; Clinton and Michael share life-changing information.

Thursday, Feb. 11 - "Chew-Spired" - Alfred Enoch ("How to Get Away with Murder") prepares an inspirational dish with Mario; Clinton concocts a dish inspired by a viewer's Instagram during #Youonthechew; an Oklahoma City restaurant giving back to the community is featured.

Friday, Feb. 12 - "Dazzling Duo Delights" - Tamar Braxton ("Tamar and Vince") joins Michael to create a romantic Valentine's meal; co-host Daphne has some fun with audience members, playing "The Chewlywed Game: Gimme That Money, Honey!"; Mario appeals to the anti-Valentine's crowd; Cupid (Clinton) gets crafty.
