Buffalo Sabres recall forward Schaller

The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team recalled forward Tim Schaller from the Rochester Americans (AHL).

Schaller (age 25, 6'1", 213 points) tallied two assists and recorded a plus-1 rating in six games with the Sabres during his first recall of the 2015-16 season.

A native of Merrimack, New Hampshire, Schaller signed with the Sabres as a free agent in April 2013. He has 10 points (5 goals, 5 assists) in 18 games for Rochester this season after posting a career-high 43 points (15/28) in 65 games for the Amerks last year.
