National Tour Association's Courier Magazine honors Hard Rock Cafe as Top Group-Friendly Restaurant

Hard Rock Cafe is taking 2016 by storm after winning big in the National Tour Association's Courier magazine Distinguished Dozen awards program. Hard Rock Cafe took home the Gold Award in the Group-Friendly Restaurant category.

Gold winners will be featured in the January Courier and introduced at a luncheon during Travel Exchange, the association's annual convention in Atlanta, Jan. 31-Feb. 4.

"Hard Rock Cafe appreciates the group tour market. We have a great time with our groups and believe we deliver a memorable experience," said Tara Hippensteel, director of national tour and travel for Hard Rock International. "Hard Rock looks forward to serving groups of all sizes in 2016 and beyond. We are honored to be recognized!"

In October, Courier, the official monthly magazine for members of the National Tour Association, asked NTA tour operators to vote for top DMO and tour supplier partners in 12 different categories: Courier's Distinguished Dozen. Tour operators were asked to cast their votes based on quality of product, level of customer service, value to customers and dedication to relationship building. The Distinguished Dozen reflects not only the appeal of the winning tour suppliers and destinations, but also the operators' respect for the way their colleagues conduct business.

Since its founding in 1971, Hard Rock has become a leading entertainment and leisure company through music-related ventures relevant to all generations. As the originator of theme-restaurant dining, Hard Rock continues to be the dominant rock connection for music enthusiasts worldwide.
